How do I reset my password?

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. We’ll send a one-time link that expires after 30 minutes. If it does not arrive, submit the help form so an administrator can send another secure link.

Can I browse and plan trips for free?

Yes. Browsing every event, saving and favoriting events, and creating multiple named trips are free.

What does it cost to post an event?

Each event listing costs $10. You may update its content as often as needed until the original event schedule expires.

What if my event is rained out?

You can change its date for free before the event starts. After the original start time, changing it to a future date requires a $5 renewal.

How far ahead can I post?

Yard and garage sales can be posted up to 60 days ahead. Community events and other eligible categories can be posted up to one year ahead.
