These plain-language notices explain how key Yard Sale GoGo features work. They supplement—not replace—the final Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, seller terms, and checkout disclosures.
Marketplace role
Yard Sale GoGo helps people discover and communicate about independently posted events and items. Unless expressly stated, Mine 4 It is not the seller, buyer, auctioneer, charity, merchandise payment intermediary, or party to an exchange between users. Users must evaluate listings, condition, authenticity, safety, payment, pickup, returns, and applicable law.
User-posted information
Listing descriptions, photos, videos, inventory, schedules, and seller statements are supplied by users or organizations. Yard Sale GoGo may moderate content but does not guarantee accuracy, availability, ownership, condition, legality, or that an event will occur as described.
Maps, routes, and address timing
Upcoming locations may be intentionally approximate. Exact-address visibility depends on the seller's confirmed schedule and system availability. Map positions, routes, travel times, and directions may be incomplete or inaccurate; follow posted signs, traffic laws, private-property rules, and local safety guidance.
AI-assisted search
AI photo and text matches are suggestions and may be incomplete or incorrect. A match does not guarantee that an item is authentic, safe, for sale, or still available. Yard Sale GoGo does not use listing search to identify people, and sellers can correct searchable media descriptions.
Messages and personal safety
In-app messaging is not an escrow or verification service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, financial credentials, or unnecessary personal information. Report suspicious requests, harassment, prohibited goods, or attempts to move an unsafe transaction off-platform.
Donation resources
Donation organizations set their own hours, pickup availability, condition standards, and accepted-item rules. Confirm directly before traveling. References to Habitat for Humanity ReStore, The Salvation Army, or another organization are informational and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless clearly labeled. Tax treatment varies; consult a qualified tax professional.
Notifications
Email, SMS, and push delivery is not guaranteed. Users control available preferences; carrier and data charges may apply to text messages. Reply STOP to supported SMS programs or change profile settings to withdraw consent. Critical account or transaction notices may be treated separately where permitted.
Pricing, renewals, and promotions
Current prices, renewal eligibility, discounts, referral credits, taxes, and refund terms are shown before purchase and governed by checkout terms. Sponsored placements, paid partnerships, and material connections will be clearly labeled near the affected content.
